THE KINGDOM-MINDED ENTREPRENEUR

For the Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

Knowing and following God’s voice is the peace that passes all understanding. John 8:47 says Whoever is of God listens to God. [Those who belong to God hear the words of God.] This is the reason that you do not listen [to those words, to Me]: because you do not belong to God and are not of God or in harmony with Him.”

The Hearing Ear is anointed by God to hear His voice. So the hearer can be a voice for God. It attunes itself to spiritual knowledge and understanding, so it can put into practice what it has heard. Like faith comes by hearing the Word of God so living a faithful abundant life comes from recognizing and hearing the voice of God, and doing His will pursuant to His instructional manual – The Holy Bible.

“Now the just shall live by faith, but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” (Hebrews 10:38)

The key to hearing from God is “FELLOWSHIP”. When we fellowship with God, we position ourselves to hear from Him, by taking the time to quiet our minds and hearts through reading, studying, and meditating on the Word of God.

When you enter into the presence of God through praise, reading, studying, and meditating on the Word on a consistent basis, you will not have any fears and insecurities because you know that God is always with you, and He constantly protects you.

“Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:” (James 1:19)

“He that hearkens unto the Lord shall dwell safely, and shall be quietly from fear of evil.” (Proverbs 1:33)

“MY son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; (Proverbs 2:1-2)

The Hearing Ear not only hears God’s voice through His Word, but also follows the Word in his/her life.

“But be ye doers of the Word and not hearers only, deceiving your ownselves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.” (James 1:22-24)

“How then shall they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach, unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” (Romans 10:14-15)

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” (Ecclesiastes 12:13)

When we hear, listen, and follow the Word of God, we are executing wisdom, and availing in ourselves under the protection of the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood not only protects, but also cleans and sanctifies unto perfection.

Don’t delay, get into position to hear from God, so you can be a voice for Him – His messenger to the people.

“Draw nigh to the Lord, and He will draw nigh to you . . .” (James 4:8)
